There was once a mother named Sarita who had a daughter named Priti. Priti was diagnosed to be lactose intolerant and this got Sarita rather worried…where would her child get the necessary nutrients that people can seemingly only get from milk, calcium just being one of them. Milk is after all an essential part of a child’s diet. Sarita simply cannot think of a way to balance her child’s diet without milk. That was when she learned about soya milk which has been found to be a safe substitute for cow’s milk. |

Honey is a treat and is one of man’s oldest sweeteners. When it comes to what we eat and drink, it is an excellent substitute for sugar. But compared to sugar, the same amount of honey gives 40% less calorie to our bodies thereby making it a very healthy (and tasty!) choice. So while it gives great energy to our bodies, it does not add much weight.
