green_prescriptionCheap ice cream, 5$ roast pork head at No #1 Barbecue - nga gi paksiw to perfection -- beef bones in tomato sauce, the pochero recipe we look forward to on weekends and creamy Sara Lee desserts with Coke regular chug-a-lugs, ahhhh.

That is the diet that brought me down into the doors of the Green Prescription team of Glen Innes.

Any 40 something, with an 8-hour desk job, who counts walking to and from the bus stop as exercise will one day get into a new lifestyle change or will meet and greet St. Peter at the pearly white gates earlier than expected.
